Because every title is delivered instantly as a downloadable file, purchases are generally final once the download link has been opened.
When we refund
We issue a full refund when a file is corrupted, incomplete, or clearly different from its description, and we could not resolve the problem.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled at no cost at any time before the download link is opened. Write to support@alphareaderbooks.com with your order email and we will cancel the order and refund it in full. Once the file has been downloaded the order is considered fulfilled and the refund rules above apply.
Requesting a refund or cancellation
Write to support@alphareaderbooks.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email and the item concerned. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days.
